Android is a famous Smartphone operating system by Google. It has been one of the major and most famous mobile Operating systems in the world. Android’s many versions have been released and their updates have been seen in the recent past year.

Android 4.0 version which is also known as Ice Cream Sandwich version is a widely used Android version and released few years back. Ice Cream Sandwich version is the second most used version of Android OS with 25% of Android Users use Android 4.0 and the largest share of the whole Android users family is covered by Android 4.1 which is also known as Jelly Bean, though, latest Android 4.2 is also named Jelly Bean and now upcoming versions Android 4.3 or Android 5.0 is expected to be named as Key Lime Pie.

Android after its initial release in Smartphones in 2009, its been growing and getting more and more popular with the passage of time. There are Android apps store which is called Google play. Millions of Android fans and users worldwide use Android Smartphones and they download thousands of Android Apps from Google play.

Recently a famous Social media app Instagram released its latest Android and iOS version. It can be updated from Google play or directly from Android Phone as well. The problem has been seen with Android 4.0 users that the latest Instagram does not support Instagram Video Message Feature of latest Instagram app.

Instagram recently started short-video messaging service. Now Android and iPhone users who have Instagram installed on their Smartphones, can easily make 15-second video from their Smartphones by using Instagram app and they can share on Instagram by adding hashtags in the video description. Just like photos, people can find your videos while searching in Instagram and Android 4.0 Users got disappointed because it wasn’t working with camera option on their end. So Instagram explained later on in a blog’s update about that Instagram Video Message Feature and it was learned by the App management that this feature only supports Android 4.1 or 4.2 versions.

This might cause problem of Instagram and many Android users are using Android 4.0 version and what they will do if they find out that you are unable to use Instagram. Its time for Instagram to think and analyze this problem and if Android and Google just keep on working on the recent updates then what will the things at back-end.

Instagram should definitely start Instagram Video Message Feature for Android 4.0 users if they don’t do this in couple of days, then Android users might start looking for more options and social media communities to upload small videos. Vine, Keek and Snapchat are also big competitors of Instagram and if Instagram loses its charm and people keep on switching on the other options and companies then it might not be an ideal situation for Instagram. Try to avoid that situation and try to benefit people by highlighting your generosity.
