Android Pay is now Available in the U.S
Android Pay has been launched. A recent blog update on Android’s official blog confirmed the news that Android Pay has been started working for a select number of merchants, whereas users also have started using it. It’s still available in the U.S only, and will be moving to the other areas in the future.
Android blog confirmed that it’s just a beginning and it will be available to the users gradually over the next few days.
Users can use their gift cards, loyalty cards, and special cards with Android Pay. It’s like storing your credit and debit cards right in your android phone and pay at the select merchants without even opening the app for payments.
Android Pay supports all major credit cards such as American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. It’s a big achievement. It’s certainly a big step after the Google Wallet.

According to the official Android blog, they are planning to add more banks into their network, which means more payment solutions for customers across the United States. There are hundreds of merchants in U. S where you can shop and pay through your Android Phone using Android Pay feature. In addition to that, Android users would also be able to use Android Pay feature for in-app shopping and purchasing right on their phones — but this feature may reach at the end of this year.
