Google Earth for Android Now Supports Android KitKat 4.4

Google Earth is a renown geographic exploration and earth-view software from Google Inc. It is available for free for various platforms and operating systems. Google Earth for Android is also a famous Android app for doing the same job on Android device.

Google Earth can take you to every known and registered district or area on planet earth. Its a world famous free software from Google. Google Earth is one of the most liked Softwares for people who love exploring new locations, hills, mountains, cities and they love traveling, trekking and biking.

Google Earth was initially released on June 11, 2001 and later on it got success when Encarta Encyclopedia PC Software for Windows was one of the most demanding Softwares regarding geographic exploration and map-views.

Google Earth is a freeware software and available in 45 languages now.

Google Earth for Android: How to Use it?

Its totally fine and quite easy to use Google Earth on Android – Just like you use on your normal PC. Now Google Earth has been released for various platforms like Windows, OS X, Linux, Android, iOS, Symbians and BlackBerry.

You might feel like you are flying or swimming on the earth – Its 3D imagery view makes you able to feel that you are in the air and within few seconds you can go into the space where earth looks so far from you. Basically Google Earth shows you Satellite based earth images developed in a sense that it makes a proper 3D presentation.

There is no doubt that Google Earth has been developed with highly-effective and graphically sound Software development, and really hats off to the development team of Google Earth.

Usage of Google Earth for Android’ is quite easy, you can just swipe with your one-finger to move the globe (earth) and move forward to the place/area you want to see on the map. One-finger double tap on the screen would take you in the zoom, and to zoom out you have do two-finger double tap on the screen while using Google Earth.

Latest Update: Google Earth for Android 4.4

Now Users who have jumped to Android KitKat 4.4 which was released in the last quarter of 2013 [Android KitKat 4.4 is the latest version of Android Operating system], can use Google Earth Android App which is available for free to download from Google Play.

Latest Google Earth for Android shows 3D animated views of major buildings, public places and monuments on the same location on the map. It is almost 8.46 Mb in size and it might be with different size on BlackBerry and iOS.
