Raja Rani Shoe Store Faisalabad has been observed using a simple communication and customer engagement strategy (smartly, of course)… What happened few days back is, I went to Raja Rani Shoe Store to buy shoes for my personal use.

At billing counter I was given a form to fill with my name and cell number in order to get update about next Sale Offers at Raja Rani… I smiled, and filled the form with my name and cell number…

I thought and even shared with the representative (Sales person) dealing with my billing that we bloggers (and internet marketers) use similar strategy to collect readers and visitors email in order to send them email newsletters or blog updates, so that they remain updated with our work, and we keep their contact in hand to send them occasional offer emails…

Marketing email (Selling offer) isn’t always a purpose behind email newsletter or blog post update of course. Readers join blogs and newsletter to listen to the author/blogger they want to listen…

Actually sales representative at Raja Rani (D Ground, Faisalabad) branch was collecting customers’ cell numbers to add to the text messaging database to send updates and offers to the customers. It’s a typical customer engagement and marketing tactic…

Later on, I got a text message from Raja Rani Store about an ongoing Summer Sale Offer… And I thought to share this marketing tactic with the readers someday…
